The Headless Baker hawker stall at the Ghim Moh market, serves excellent and progressive teacakes & loaves. We use seasonal ingredients and special grains such as spelt, rye, rice flour, tapioca flour to bring out the best of our bakes.

A stone throw's away at the Star Vista, focusing on European style patisserie, viennoirserie and coffees, with a slight distraction by patisseries; and soon to be further distracted by a boulangerie.
