Shipping policy

Pre-Order Lead Time

• All orders require a minimum of 2 days advance notice. Orders placed without sufficient lead time may be rescheduled or cancelled.
• Please plan ahead, especially for special occasions!

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Delivery Timelines

• Deliveries are made on your selected date, typically between 12pm - 3pm. 
• We will do our best to accommodate specific time preferences, but cannot guarantee exact delivery windows.

Self-Collection

• Self-collection is available at Ghim Moh Hawker Centre. Blk 20 Ghim Moh Road, #01-64 during 12pm - 3pm. 

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. 

Failed Deliveries

• If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you. Please note that perishable items cannot be left unattended for extended periods.
